Small quilts have been hanging at the Chamber of Commerce Visitor Information Office for over a year as a way to publicize that there are active quilters' guilds in the Prescott area. Both Mountain Top Quilters and Thumb Butte Quilters are named, as well as contact names and phone numbers.

Joan Carrell and Carolyn Edwards have been coordinating this effort. Quilts will be replaced with new ones about every two months.

Currently hanging are quilts belonging to Joan Carrell, Shirlee Smith and Carolyn Edwards.

Joan Carrell was the maker of this quilt.
